5 Easy Ways To Get Dubai Visa

Share now

If you wish to visit Dubai there are multiple ways of getting hassle free visa. Primarily, Dubai is an Emirate of UAE- United Arab Emirates and hence one will acquire a visa of UAE. Secondly, UAE visa is not a sticker visa like the US or Schengen Visa and hence you will get a paper visa. Few easy ways to get the UAE visa are mentioned below-

Visa through a travelling agent/sponsor- The most obvious one is to get your visa done through a travelling agent. Numerous travel agents easily provide the visa by just paying their nominal agent fees. One has to just fill the application form, provide them hotel and airline (Return air tickets) reservations. Some agents might not even require your hotel reservations or air tickets

Visa through VFS – One could also visit the nearest VFS Global Centre with all necessary documents and apply for a visa personally. For this you need application forms, hotel reservations, return air tickets, bank statements, IT (Income Tax Return) etc.
VFS for Dubai operates now in 12 Cities.

Visa through Emirates Airline- If you are travelling by the Emirates (both to and fro journeys) you can apply for an easy visa on their website once your ticket is confirmed with them. You can apply for a short 4 days visa or even a 30-day Visa depending upon your requirements.

Lately VFS and Emirates together has also started DVPC website and a mobile application (For Emirates Airline passengers) to submit it online with few easy steps after booking your flight. On this application you can create one-time profiles for your friends and family and submit the documents through the application itself

Visa on arrival – Indian citizens holding a valid US Visa, Green Card or UK/EU resident are valid for a visa on arrival in Dubai. The visa or residency must be valid for minimum of 6 months on the time of arrival in Dubai. You will be granted a 14 days visa from the date of arrival for a fee and this visa can later be extended for another 14 days for a fee

Transit Visa – If you are travelling through UAE and have a stopover in Dubai and wish to explore it, you can apply for a transit visa. If you are not applicable for visa on arrival or visa free entry you may get a transit visa only on UAE based airlines. You need to pre apply the visa and can get a 48 hr or 96 hr transit visa. You will need an onward air ticket of you journey for this visa
